Optimizer ST

The Optimizer-ST features a strip feeding system and handles medium to high volume daily print runs of a broader range of flat RSC cases and RSC’s with irregular flaps.

It prints one side (two panels) at a time, one color and achieves maximum throughput with the addition of a restacker and return conveyor. Taking stacks from the return conveyor and flipping them for a second run through the printer easily accomplishes four-panel printing. Employing strip feeding, the ST printer can feed a broader range of RSC case sizes than our shuttle feed system.
